Tribunal Hearing

Post by gururaj27 » Fri Feb 07, 2014 9:17 am

Hi Everyone
My Appeal hearing from the Tribunal is on the 13/02/2014 in Bradford. Could you please guide me what all I need to be prepared with, will I be asked many questions? ( my application was refused for the letter format and contract not being in the right form). People who have had their hearings already- what are the chances of appeal being successful? am really worried and will be very helpful if I received some advise please.

Thanks
Raj

Hello raj,

You stand a vey high chance to win the appeal if you have appointed a very good lawyer.

It would be better if u carry ur business acc statement and show that ur business is trading that would be helpful. And in ur case,'evidential flexibility' will definitely apply. As u did provide documents and they want on right form so before rejecting ur application they would have asked u to submit documents in right form. S when appearing in court just get the right documents. If business is trading worth taking all documents.

Hope this will help.

Thanks.

Be prepared to any sort of questions each n everything related to business, funds, trading activity, clients info, business transactions, services provided etc

Make ur self very well prepared to face anything as mention above.

If u have maintained funds take updated statement or if invested proof of investment and of course docs covering ur refusal reason like new contract and updated proper bank letter.

Regards

Thanks Shah and Rehan...I am not really sure on the preparation side - as the visa was not granted I have not started trading yet and the company is still in the cradle...all I have is the business plan, should I be worried because of this? I did not want to start the business or any activity without confirming the Visa so had to give it rest and I was still working for my previous employer as my PSW visa continued, now am really worried that this might seem against my application? My Lawyer hasnt been very helpful in the ares that i need to prepare, so will be much appreciated if you could guide me please.

Thanks
Raj
