Pls can anyone answer my question how many time is someone allowed to make an application to the home office after been refused about four times for an indefinite leave to remain in the uk?

I don't think there is a limit, Better to find out first if you meets all requirements before applying again.

Each time the ILR is rejected the fees is refunded?
