Applying for naturalisation

Post by bneamin » Sat Feb 08, 2014 6:01 pm

Hello there,
I have recently acquired ILR via SET(M). I was on spouse visa for two years. I was on student visa from 2004-2012. Can I apply for naturalisation or do I have to wait for 12 months?
Regards

If you are married to a British person and have completed 3 years residence (any legal stay counts) and meet all the standard requirements, you can apply as soon as you receive ILR.
