Tier1 G 2nd extension documents

Hi,

I am planning to extend Tier1 (G) 2nd extension by post. I would like to make sure with you guys about the documents submission.

Main applicant

- Filled application form with 2 photos
- Passport and BRP card
- Point based calculator sheet
- 12 months payslips and letter from employer mentioned about my earnings
- Personal bank statements (for both previous earnings and maintenance)

Dependent -1

- 1Filled application form with 2 photos
- Passport and BRP card
- Photo copy of marriage certificate

Dependent - 2

- Filled application form with 2 photos
- Passport and BRP card
- Photo copy of birth certificate

Also return envelope written with my address.

I havent submitted any documents for Qualification and English requirement as I have already satisfied in my initial application. Please let me know if I missed anything.

I would submit evidence of qualifications - just in case. I have always submitted my degree certificate (even with my second extension application). They do make mistakes some time so I wouldn't leave anything to chance

Hello, I am also on HSMP tier1 general, If you are self employed you are also required to send your business accounts prepared by the Chartered Accountant. But if your earnings are enough from employment, then salary slips would be fine. I have also to apply for the 2nd extension in May 14. Please send me the application form for the 2nd extension.
