FLR/ EC - accomodation arrangement

Post by push » Sat Jul 07, 2007 7:59 pm

Posting on behalf of a friend:

Is it mandatory to submit the tenancy agreement to demonstrate arrangements for accomodation (for someone who is already staying in UK)? I have my tenancy agreement which was valid till June 2007. The contract now coontinues on monthly basis.

As the contract explicitly mentions validity till June 2007 (IN BOLD) and the clause related to rolling monthly contract is not really highlighted in the text, I do not want to send this document - it might confuse the caseworker and he might assume that the contract has already expired.

Will sending only the council tax letter and the latest Utility bills suffice?

regrads

I didn't do any of such, just my payslip & bank statements from the last 3 months. That was enough to give my FLR(HSMP) in country application.
