Interview intimation letter - urgent help

I applied on 14th of Sep...I, myself and my partner received same letter on 24th and 29th January..still waiting for their follow up letter

I applied in January 2014 too and I received the same letter yesterday mentioning March 31, I have a very bad feeling about this.

Yes, I did today !!

I got that letter apologizing for the delay on 28th Jan and today, just one week later, I got a letter advising me to appear for interview on 20 Feb 2014 at Sheffield.

I had applied on 6th June 2013.

Please pray for me...

they called me and gave me date and asked for my suitable time and then emailed me the interview letter. bit weird coz i dont think it happened in case of anybody else.

all general questions which already i hope u know any way from this blog plus some my case related questions such as how long i have the money for, where from i got the money, do i provide any other service rather tan tax return, how many directors in my company, business contingency plans, why my previous company was shut, where from i will recruit employee, have i made any other contract after application, how will i survive without any job etc etc

it was in sheffield. i will tell u one thing. nothing to worry about interview becoz the interviewer doesnt have any clue about yr case. he is there just to write yr answers. so its upto u how good u r in giving yr answers and satisfy the case worker

Hi Gurus

I have received letter from home office with following contents.


Although we would normally decide case within 8 weeks, but in your case it is not going to be happen in your case.

This is because it is necessary to take interview in connection to your application, further date, time and venue of the interview will follow.

We expect to take decision before March 31, 2014.

It was joint application but my partner has not received the letter yet.

Does any one received the same kind of letter, because in past, home office directly send letter of interview along with the venue and date.

On January 13, 2014, Home office issued the circular that enterpreneur cases will be decided within 8 weeks. Does this kind of letter has any concern with my letter

This is probably a stupid question - Was your application initially made for an new T1Ent, T1Ent extension or tier 'switch' ?

Hi Thanks again Tanvir... one question came to my mind when you said interviewer does no have any clue....
If the interviewer does not have a clue about the applicant's case, then how do they ask questions related specifically to their business ?

Do they sit with a questionnaire in hand and simply record whatever you answer? Dont they cross question?

Dint they ask you anything about your business? Could you please elaborate on the questions they asked related to your business or business plan or market research ?

the case worker send questions which he asks and write them down. i was asked how im gonna manage 2 businesses at the same time, how many more clients i got after application, how many more business are there like my one in my area, what accounting services i provide, who r the directors of my business, how much have i invested so far etc etc
