Judicial review - Cost Order from Court

Hi guys

I will be very very appreciated if you will give reply to my query. I want to file Judicial Review and want to know that it is true that if we lose case , court will order to pay cost? In normal immigration cases , court do order to pay? If this do so, how much court will order?

Please guys, reply me as soon as possible. I have sent PAP to UKBA. and they gave me refusal in that. Now i turn to judicial review and want to know above matter.
