Tier 1 G dependent child for ILR

Post by ukstay2 » Tue Feb 11, 2014 9:58 pm

I am going for ILR but my wife can't qualify as her current Tier1 General dependent visa stamped in home country in June 2013 hence she will have to complete 5 yrs aftre last entry as per new rule. My child born in home country, had his current Tier1 G dependent visa stamped in home country in June 2013, can he qualify for ILR? Please advise

No. He will qualify for ILR (319J) at the same time as your wife (319E).
