Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General change...ILR queries

Hi Experts,

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT (Established Staff) visa which has start date as 19th Jan, 2011. I entered UK in 29th Jan, 2011 and already spent 3 years. The CoS is provided by my current employer.

I have few queries.

1) Can I extend my visa unlimited times if my employer agrees to provide CoS?
1a) If there is a limit then how many years?

2) Can I get ILR on my current visa T2ICT (ES) after completing 5 years stay?

3) Can I change my current visa to T2G if I manage to get different sponsor?
3a) If I change my visa to T2G then will my current stay ( from 29th Jan, 2011 to till now - 3 years) be counted within 5 years for ILR requirement OR it will be reset and I have to stay another 5 years for ILR?

4) Is there any way which you can suggest to get ILR from T2ICT (ES) visa considering my current status?

I have couple of queries.
1. WIll my start date is considered as 20-Jun or 18-Mar for my ILR calcuation?
2. Am i Eligible for ILR after 5 years of my stay in UK either continuing in Tier 2 ICT or by switching to Tier2 General? If Yes , When i can apply for ILR?

My Tier2 ICT visa issued on 18-Mar-2010 and i have landed in UK on 20-Jun-2010 , Since then i am continuously working in UK without any breaks.

1. WIll my start date is considered as 20-Jun or 18-Mar for my ILR calcuation? since you have crossed 90 days of validtity, you may not be considered 18 Matr for calculating ILR period.
2. Am i Eligible for ILR after 5 years of my stay in UK either continuing in Tier 2 ICT or by switching to Tier2 General? If Yes , When i can apply for ILR? before 28 days of 20 Jun 2015.

Hello Experts,

May be its a very old post but to clarify one more query, I thought to use the existing posts rather than starting another thread. The query is related to previous responses.

First of all my situation has not changed. My company is extending my existing visa since May 2012 continuously. I will complete 8 years stay (without any gap) on May 2020.
But probably my company will not extend anymore after May 2020.

In this situation and as per the current rule, if I shift to T2G visa from T2ICT and complete another 2 years then will I be eligible for ILR under long term 10 years continuous residence category on May 2022?
