Tier 2 ICT -> TIER 2 G -> ILR

HI Experts,

I am about to attend my application for ILR tomorrow. I have an urgetn query.
My first entry clearance was in 8 Feb 2009 (on visa granted on 23 Jan 2009) but doesnt mention a CoS number. It rather has * instead of number.
My second visa which was T2G was obtained before the T2ICT expired but my first assignment ended and I had to travel back to india to make new entry clearance. The second entry clearance was made within 2 days of my first assignment getting ended.

Kindly advice if its ok not to have CoS number on Tier 2 ICT visas granted in early 2009 and that there is no break in my continuous period.
