Won appeal, Home office refund received.. How Long for Visa?

Hi friends,
I applied for Visa in April,2013
Biometrics May, 2013
Refused June, 2013 (On Grounds of:No email id and phone no. on service contract; Genuiness of the buiness)
Appeal Allowed
Hearing on 29, November 2013
Got Appeal result on 10th December, 2013 where judge asked home office to reconsider their decision.
Home Office Processed my appeal money refund on 10th January, 2013
No communication in form of email/ post received from Home office after that..
How long can home office take to give a decision?
If i hire a solicitor to communicate with HO would it speed up the process?
Can Home office still ask for more documents or refuse my visa?

Normal processing time is varies case to case, if u will go through some posts some have recieved in 5 weeks where some cases took 12 weeks as well. It's something unpredictable. You can call up them after 12 weeks to find out.

BTW is it 5-12 weeks after the refund has been processed or 5-12 weeks after the decision of the appeal. Also what's the best number to call them to enquire about the status of the application.
