HELP with points for bank letter issue

Hi, please can someone advise.. I had my appeal allowed at the FTT in dec, but HO have applied to UT. Now my hearing at UT is on the 3rd of March.
Refusal reason: applicant's name not mentioned on third party bank letter..
What are my chances of winning this at the UT. FTT allowed it initially on the basis that they can see I am a genuine entrepreneur and that their is sufficient evidence showing that my third party has made the funds available to me etc.. Anyone with similar experience or situation please advise. Thanks.

Got my hearing date almost two weeks after appeal permission got allowed for UT.
FTT hearing: 3rd dec2013
FTT allowed: 20th dec
Letter notification for HO re-appeal : 5th jan
FTT hearing date: 3rd march
Refusal reason: applicants name not on third party bank letter

@ cc143, you have a very good chance of winning also at UT. Try to get a letter from the bank that state that the bank does not include a third party name on a customer account or letter.

I am also facing a same situation,

Had my appeal on 30th january

appeal allowed on 06th feb and

HO requested to apply to UT on 15th FEb

so now will wait and c.
