ILR (Long Residence) lost passport

Post by jalsaqla » Mon Feb 17, 2014 8:24 am

Hello,

I should be applying for ILR (long residence) in a few months but unfortunately I lost my passport in 2011. Therefore I do not have my travel history. I submitted a SAR and only obtained three landing cards. Therefore in order to figure it my travel history I went through:

Any retained flight tickets.
Any landing cards obtained through the Subject Access Request.
Any records with travel agents used.
Any overseas transactions on banks statements.

My question is, would that be enough to submit in the application?

I think that should be enough. If you mention it in your cover letter and explain everything clearly, it should not be a problem. You did everything you could in this situation.
