just i want ask some question please.


i have already rc card if i want send for permanent eea4 .


do period 5 years for permanent start from mariage date or residence card date ?

because my mariage date 2012 feb and residence card date 2014 jan . and she treaty right in uk from 2011 untill now.

From the merriage date if u married in uk
From the date of inter uk u married outside uk.

but i was study in uk before i marry her in our countrer because she has 2 nationality europiean and african .

It doesnt matter how long u been in living in uk before u marry ur eea wife so if u r gona apply for PR under EEA rout so it start acount from merriage date .so in ur case the u will acount from the date of merriage that mean after 5 years from ur back to uk after marriage ur eea
So for exaple if u lived in uk 2000 till 2003 as student and u married in 2004 and in ur country nd u back in 2005 as non eea parnter so ur permnant recident in 2010
So eea rout nd uk student visa deffirent rour .
