To get the visa is like to win the lottery

Hello,
It seems no one is getting visa nowadays specially The famous Tier1 Entrepreneur.

Why Homeoffice doesn't work with fixed time frame?
-any category visa we are getting its for limited time period but to get the visa people need to wait so long...why?

All this genuine test,interview,all is formalities the way outcomes shows they work on target basis.in one month only few file has to approve....rest of applicants lingering between those test and appeal and all...the people who gave us refusal on genuine tests base ,how much they are genuine?100% if yes they why did HO lost appeal many more time...who is genuine in those matter?

It seems Teacher has been appointed to take the exam and give the result but teacher doesn't know the answers of those questions which student knows better than them...


To get the visa is same as to win the Lottery...nowadays...

So true and ironic considering when Tier 1 entrepreneur was introduced, some people got their visa for selling goods on e bay.
