Urgent! Am i eligible for Tier 2 or not????

i am on PSW
visa expiring on 08 march 2014
working for a company from last 7 months
my SOC code is 2136 software engineer

what should be my gross salary to convert my visa from PSW to Tier 1 G
it says new 24000 and experienced 29000

please let me know i am really worried???

as a new entrant your basic salary should be £24000/39 working hours per week.

Check if you are eligible for lower threshold for new entrant or not?

See page No. 5 0f Codes of Practice for Skilled Workers it says,

The lower pay threshold for new entrant employees is set at the 10th percentile of the pay distribution for full-time employees in that occupation. The new entrant thresholds apply to:
 Graduates switching from Tier 4 into Tier 2 under the post-study provisions;
 Graduate recruits where you have used a university “milkround” to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test;
 Graduates sponsored in the Intra-Company Transfer Graduate Trainee route; and
 Any workers making an initial application who are aged 25 or under on the date they apply.
