Thanks in advance. I am currently a T2 General holder and my visa is going to expired soon. The company I'm working with is happily getting a CoS for me to extend the job.
And recently I have married and I am planning to apply my wife a Dependent visa. She is currently a T4 Student.
After searching UKBA website and trying to read forum. I can not find a clear path of how to apply for both of us..

I am doing an extension of my current Tier 2 General. Do I need to submit maintenance funds (£800 for 3 months) or I can just tick the column as an existing T2 holder and skip the step? Which one do you recommend?
