Please provide the following documents: -

• Please provide four further original or certified documents from Appendix A of the Sponsor Guidance that have not already been accepted at Sponsor Casework Operations. We are unable to accept your certified copies of Lloyds bank statement, HMRC certificate of registration for VAT, AXA certificate of employer’s liability insurance, 2012 financial statements and HMRC paying PAYE electronically letter as they are not suitably certified and we require original or suitably certified copies. Additionally your HMRC paying PAYE letter only details the accounts office reference number and we require both the PAYE and accounts office reference number.Further information regarding suitably certified copies can be found later in this letter.

we sent 5 documents mentioned above they are asking 4 more ???
can someone please help out of these which documents should we sentd
company is a private limited company and it is really confusing which documents to send?
Appendix A is also not clear
