Won an appeal on the basis of EHRC article 8 in Tribunal

Hi Guys,

I won an appeal yesterday on the basis of EHRC aticle 8 and I was wondering what are the chances home office would appeal against that decision

They can only appeal if there is a serious error of law.

I came here when i was only 16 been in the UK for 10 years now, have sibblings a brother who was only 10 and a sis who was only 13 at the time we came to UK. I do have a fiance whos british born and have a 7 years old daughter.
