Biometrics enrollment: 4/11/2013

Documents received: 18/02/2014

Documents sent- LITU, Passport, University certificates, accommodation contracts, bank statements , Cover letter and a table containing the timeline from the start of the visa to present, detailing what I have been doing during the 10 year period and the corresponding addresses where I have resided - (I personally feel that this will enable the caseworker to easily understand your case and your circumstances) and finally an employment letter.

So my week just keeps getting better and better

As I was leaving for work today I checked my letterbox at 7.55am and my Concierge had left a slip notifying me that a delivery had been made, and it turned out to be my biometric card!!

No issues at all with DX for me luckily, I can't believe it came so fast.. after this long 5 month wait, everything is falling into place suddenly :)

Thank you everyone for your help and support on this website during this long 5 month wait, I can now safely get on with my life and not check this board 100 times a day and analyse skydrive haha

Happy to answer any questions you may have so just PM me.

Cheers and Good Luck to all those who are waiting.

######################PLEASE HELP - I URGENTLY NEED SOMEONE TO GIVE ME SOME ADVICE#####################

I am having trouble with 6 dates from 2005 to 2007 where I do not know the dates when I left the UK. In my country of origin there are no entry stamps for its own nationals so I have no way of finding out when I left the UK. No tickets retained either.

Is there a way to ask UKBA to give this information? When they gave all their data they have on me, there was no such information on exit dates. Is it worth calling them?

Cheers

esmsi thanks for your reply.

I do have right to work. All i m asking whether acknowlegement letter states that u can continue to work untill your application is under process?

I have to submit this letter to my employer. My employer says they will not chase home office for my right to work as according to them its my responsibility to prove that i am allowed to work.

just show this link to employer

What is my immigration status while my application is being decided?
If you make an application before your authorised stay ends, your existing immigration status will continue until your application is decided, even if the decision is not made until after the end of your permitted stay. You can continue to work until your case is decided if the conditions of your existing leave allows you to do so.
