appeal fee?

hi

if upper tribunal ask home office to reconsider the application.what about the appeal fee?do they refund it or not?
in decision letter nothing mentioned about it.while First tribunal was allowed the appeal and asked HO to refund the appeal fee.
anyone knows?

Don't worry you will get the appeal fee within 2 - 4 weeks after determination letter
