Regarding business contract

I heard from one of my friends that his visa was refused because the caseworker wasn't happy with the standard of business contract provided. can any one please tell me the standard format of business contract.

you can search for contracts formats online on google as it depends on nature of business. But as a standard, it should include ur company, client details, payment amount, service description, time limit of contract, starting and finishing dates etc and other terms and conditions such as governing law etc
