When can i apply ILR for my wife

Dear Senior Members,

Just a quick question, I recently received ILR on the basis of 10 Years. My wife is with me since April 2007 on my dependent visa.

Could you please tell me can i straight away apply for her ILR and please also tell which applicaiton form i have to fill. Is form is SET(o)?

Just quick question again. After receiving FLR(M) can i apply next day for SET(M) or have to wait to visa expire on FLR(M).
