INIS issued acknowledge letter but no. letter for stamp4

Hello,

We applied on 6th of January for a eu1 residence card. Today we received documents back and acknowledgement letter. They didn't ask for any additional documents.

But we didn't receive a letter to get a temp tamp 4 for my spouse, is this normal??

They might send it to you separately.

she received a letter today stating that the application was approved and that she can get the 5 year card as opposed to a temp stamp.

At what time should we start queuing at the INIS tomorrow? 7:30?

i applied for eu1 6jan 2014.still there is no reply.i really dont know what should i do.
and they did not retrun our doucments as well.
