Yes. I have applied for FLR(M) for my spouse. First time it has been returned as an invalid because of Section 4 (Dependant applying with the applicant) has not been completed. I have sent again new application and 03/02/2014 Biometric has been completed. Lets see what they do this time !

Congrats on ur ilr bro..
Just wanna find out . I am still a student but my attendance is irregular. So you mean if my sponsor cancels my sponsorship , will not have a bearing on my ilr application?[/quote]

So long you complete your ten years period and applied for ILR... and thats my understanding and experience.

Hello all,
I am in the same boat as Muhammad1, if Senior members are kind to reflect on this please.
I have applied for ILR under 10 years long residency rule, my question is

Once I get my ILR which visa will I apply for my dependents, is it going to be FLR M, or is it going to be a straight ILR on SET M for them as they have completed the qualifying period ?

Mind it my dependents(my wife and two daughters) have been in the country for almost 7 years of which the last 5 years and 6 months are on different work visa dependents, e.g: IGS, PSW, and than Tier 1 General dependents.

It will be appreciated if some one could shed some light on this. Many thanks.

Hi Guys,

I received my Biometrics Card today which shows my ILR granted till 2024. Does this mean I've been granted ILR now? I have yet to receive my other documents, no passport, no approval letter etc. Is this strange?

my application was submitted on 31 October 2014.

The Approval letter and supporting docs e.g. passports are usually sent separately. They should arrive in the next couple of days.

I'm amazed that you got your BRP so quickly, considering you submitted your application on 31st Oct. Did you request for your application to be expedited?

Hi pman.. no I didn't fastrack it or anything like that. My wife (Tier1) and I (Tier2) both applied on the same date, 31st Oct.. but somehow I've received my BRP but she hasn't. That's the only thing that I've received.. the BRP. Frankly I'm amazed myself as I was expecting to receive an answer no earlier than late March. I haven't seen it with my own eyes yet, just been told by my wife who's at home today.

I'll go back and look up the dates and post it on here later.

We are all responsible for updating skydrive Hardik, there is no one person responsible.

Skydrive can be edited by anyone, so please go into skydrive and make the relevant updates if you have the time :)

You can edit the file in the browser itself using the "edit in browser" option or open the file in excel on your desktop and then save it back to the cloud.

I am currently in the office and skydrive is blocked at work, I used to update details whenever they came through on the forum but I will not be checking the forum much from now on, so the responsibility will fall on those who are waiting.

Cheers Nik
