HO is not disclosing the number of applications they have received in Oct,Nov and December 13. Those numbers would have given us the clear idea what is the drop in number of applications after the september/October rush.

I personally think processing time will be around 12 weeks in coming months.

I am having trouble with 6 dates from 2005 to 2007 where I do not know the dates when I left the UK. In my country of origin there are no entry stamps for its own nationals so I have no way of finding out when I left the UK. No tickets retained either.

Is there a way to ask UKBA to give this information? When they gave all their data they have on me, there was no such information on exit dates. Is it worth calling them?

Cheers
you can give approximate dates and approximate time you were out of the UK. You should then mention it on your covering letter or separate notes that why are these figures an approximate. This is an honest thing and UKBA will appreciate it. But if you don't mention this you may get in trouble.
Your SAR report may not tell your exit and entry dates. It only tells you when you first arrived in the UK. I got mine and I ticked full record UKBA holds, they did not provide me with the exit and entry records. So I am sure they don't have it on your file until unless they enquire this information through airline data.
But I don't think it will be a big problem for you as long as you were not away over the maximum period and you being honest, so you'll be ok. Hope things will be good for you.

Here. have a look.

https://skydrive.live.com/view.aspx?res ... 6R3aFEbvZw

This drive contains data of forum members who applied for Set LR e.g Application date, Approval/refusal date.

It gives you a rough idea of the current processing time.

Very Very Very Happy for your esmsi!!! Your wait has finally ended and you are now free

I hope you sleep well tonight all the very best to you sir :)

On another note, I have included the skydrive link in my signature for quick access as it is requested all the time, its a shame we can't make a sticky post.

I'd suggest everyone create a signature with some basic information as it will be more efficient and prevent people scrolling all the previous pages - for eg -

Application Date:
Biometric Date:
Approval /BRP
Sky Drive - https://skydrive.live.com/view.aspx?res ... 6R3aFEbvZw

Please go to User Control Panel (link on top below FAQ button) - > Profile - > Edit Signature. (You have a 255 character limit)

All the best to everyone who is waiting :) I shall respond to all the PMs I received when I get back home from work.

Cheers

Nik
