Partial Cancellation of PEO online appointment

Hello friends

I have booked an ILR PEO appointment for my family of 4, including my UK born child.
Now I would like to cancel one dependent applicant appointment from the earlier 4 applicants.

Please advise if it is possible at all or do I need to cancel the whole appointment and re-book?

If it is possible, please advice whom to contact.. Do I need to contact 0870 606 7766 with my reference numbers.. let me know if you have any free phone or land line number to contact as the above number is too busy get connected.
