ILR SET O

Post by rrmaruti » Tue Feb 04, 2014 8:13 pm

I was granted tier I general visa on 01.04.2009 and subsequently it was extended in April '2012. I have taken my appointment for ILR at Croydon for 08.03.2014. I have 3 dependants one is my wife and 2 children and out of 2 children 1 is 18 years and over. Now I have few question which is as under

1 My daughter who is over 18 years will have to apply separately and pay the same fees i.e. £ 1426. Is it correct. Please let me know.

2 Do I have to fill 3 separate Form set o for my wife, child under 18 and myself or just the main applicant and they will be included in my form

Thanks

Thanks for quick response. This means I have to fill only 1 form and include my son and my wife in the same form.

Traffic Offence

Post by rrmaruti » Thu Feb 20, 2014 9:40 pm

My ILR is due in April 2014. I was caught by policeman on 24.06.2012 with a laser speeding gun for speeding on a road having a speed of 30 mph and I was doing 64 mph. I got summoned from court and I plead guilty and the judge fined me £400 and gave me 6 points on my license on 10.01.2013 I explained to judge about the mitigating circumstances and he was convinced and did not banned me for driving. I am having clean license for last 3 years before this incidence happened. My question is will I have any problem in my ILR.

I have done my CRB check and it is clear and I have also done SAR ( police national computer record) which is also clear. Can someone give me some advise what should I do?
