Can Tier 2 general visa be transferred to another NHS trust

Hi everyone
I am working as doctor in a NHS trust. My current visa is up till Oct 2015. I have got another job at same level in another NHS trust. Do I have to apply a new Tier 2 general visa or is it possible to transfer the current visa to new trust for the new job ?

You are however allowed to do locum shifts in that NHS trust so long as it is not more than 20 hours a week whiles you get a new COS and make a change of employment application.
