Refusal contact details missing on 3rd party bank letter
Appeal won on 5th feb
Ho gone to ut after five working days got letter ft dated 17 feb

Appeal Allowed for First Tribunal on 3rd Feb.
Received the letter of determination on 5th Feb.

No communication after that. Hoping that HO did not request for appeal to UT.

Am I safe?

Hello Jugnoo, Make sure you have up to date details of your contract & make some more contract with full details in it. I am sure it will be positive for you. Follow the proper procedure for new contract. Pm me if require any help.

@cpmlkhan......he is talking about his sponsor contact details was missing on his bank letter.......now u r giving a totally opposite scenario read hi s query clearly first then advise......
