Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent child born in UK visa docs

Hi All,

I got my visa in last year december.
My son was born while i was waiting for my visa.
Now i would like to apply for his visa.

As per my research the below docs are required pls correct me if i am wrong.

Main applicants passport and brp
Child passport
Apploication form
Fees £1051
3 months bank statement of £600 ( i m in UK for last 6 years.
Original birth certificate
Companies house appointment report to show the business is still active.

Please advise if any other document is required.
