SET M it's driving me up the Wall.. Help!!

Post by Exquisit33 » Fri Feb 21, 2014 8:09 pm

Regarding SET M

After extensive research I have found confusing information. I am getting different information from different people.

What I would like to know is that if a spouse who is on a settlement spouse (27 months visa) is to apply for ILR as a spouse of British Citizen. Are both persons required to work?

If so how many months bank statements and payslips are required for submission? (Please clarify for each person)

Thank you
