Is there any annual limit on Unrestricted Cos within UK?

I have a simple question

is there any limit set on unrestricted Cos annualy?
as for restricted cos it is 1732 per year.but
how much is it for unrestricted cos for a company?

there is no quota for unrestricted CoSs but the sponsor has to request an annual allocation from the HO. An increase in the allocation can be requested during the year if what they have is not sufficient

if my company will assign me cos in march then it will come in the category 5April2013 to 4April2014(validity of cos)
if i will make application of Tier 2 G in march then will it be considered as you know processing time may take 1 to 2 months
till then cos will be expired

you can apply within 3 months of the date of assignment of the CoS - the year end is not relevant for the application
