Visa extension with two unspent convictions

Hi guys i am applying for my student extension and i have two seperate convictions which r unspent

1. Lc20,IN10 july 2010
2. Lc20, IN10 mar2011

Will i be refused for extension or can i go ahead with the application ??

Any replies will be much appreciated

It looks like your friend is a law breaker without any fear of consequences.

Caught 2 times in less than a year for no insurance and no driving licence.

Sounds not good for public interest to grant him further extension.

if they become spent is it still going to be a problem
