Tier1 General Dependant appeal Overturned

HI Guys,
I had Tier1 General visa last year and my wife applied as my dependant visa last year which was refused with full right of appeal. We appealed against the decision. Appeal took more than 6 month and in the mean time my Tier1 visa expired.I applied for ILR and get ILR last month. After one month of ILR my wife get letter from Embassy that Decision is overturned so submit your passport with medical.At this point my Tier1 General visa was expired(20 days before letter).

So my Questions
-As Tier1 visa is expired so What should I do?
-Do I need to tell them that my status is changed from Tier1 to ILR and submit my BRP with wife’s passport?
-What are the chances of getting visa? I know that if she is in UK then she can extend her visa as Tier1 dependant but what about Entry clearance application?
-If someone has this experience?

reason was marriage is not subsisting at time of Application.

I also have same objection that marriage is not
Subsisting.
I hv appeal against the decision with communication
Evidence and i hope my decision will also overturned
.
On 18th february uk tribunal sent my appeal
To BHC ISLAMABAD for review.
