Change of Circumstances for New Passport and Address

Hi
If someone gets a new passport and/or changes address while in a Tier 2 visa then do they have to inform it to the Home Office via Change of Circumstances form?

Any reply would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I am applying for a new visa through the same employer. The company has moved address so they have sent off supporting documents to verify change of address.

I have not however stated change of passport (which I am receiving soon) because I will state my new passport number and details in my visa application (tier 2 general extension).

If you hear otherwise let me know.
