VISA REFUSED.

WE are team.(psw)

My visa has been refused for services given to client not NQF level 4.

I am not going for appeal planning as takes very long time, so I am apply for fresh application.

MY QUESTION IS?
1) can I go under my same old company( CO registered in 7 nov13) confusion for within three months rules.
My business is active but not trading as do not have business account.
2) I can apply with 28 days?.
3) previously had funds half in uk & half in home country (planning to get rest half in uk)

OR

SHOULD I SWITCH BACK TO STUDENT VISA to complete 10 year long residency.

Dear Friend, is good to open and business account and show them with some trading. you have to show at least 1 Contract OR letter from the business bank manager to state that your bank account is opened and you can now start trading.

you have 2 choices ,
1) show contract or trading OR
2) Letter from the bank that your bank account is opened .. (This can be a welcome Letter)

@ a_mahla, its advisable for you to send your appeal in and then prepare fully for your next action rather than rushing to submit fresh application when you dont have all documents in place as you stated that you still need to transfer funds from abroad to your UK account and I guess getting that done will take a while as you will also need to get the fresh bank statement once funds transfer is completed.

Whats the service that your initial business offers which HO refuse to accept as NQF level 4 job?

What service did you state that your company offers to clients? Any specific SOC code used for your staff resourcing company?
