Switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 Dependent

Hi,

My wife is on Tier 2 (ICT) VISA (from last 3 years) and I am on Tier 1 general VISA. (from last 4 years)

Can she switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 dependent - within UK ?


My ILR is due after 1 year..... So if she switches to TIER 1 dependent this year, can she also apply to ILR next year alongwith me.

She has been on Tier 2 ICT for 3 years now.

Pls advise.

she can switch from T2 ICT to PBS dependant in-country but she will the not be eligible to apply for ILR with you.
