UK TIER 4 CATEGORY VISA

I applied for UK TIER 4 CATEGORY VISA on 13th of january 2014 and since I have applied too late, I have withdrawn my
application.The course that I applied was MSc Embedded system at the University of Huddersfield.Now, I want to go in next intake (september 2014) and I like to choose University of leicester.Can I get Visa if i change the University.

You should not have any problem as long as the University of Leicester offer you a place and issue you the CAS.

As long as you have a CAS and you follow all the other steps, you should have no problem.
In case there is an interview, be prepared to justify why you prefer the new uni over the old one. Why you withdrew the old application etc.
