How long does HO has to go against judge decision

I had my appeal on 6 dec and made decision on 9 received appeal on 13 dec n still waiting for my BRP.
My query is how long time frame does HO have to go against court decision as like when we get refusal we got 28 day time to appeal or leave the country.

Next query is i couldnt understant the decision by judge saying "I allow this appeal on the grounds that the decision was not in accordance with the law. I made no anonymity direction. As i have allowed this appeal I make a fee award of any fee which has been paid or maybe payable."

As i got my fee paid back to may account but didnt understant the term "made no anonymity direction"

I am worried that whether HO will go against the decision or not.

Firstly what you wrote is very confusing. Could you be more clear please

Secondly, there should be more than just "I allow this appeal on the grounds that the decision was not in accordance with the law"
As the continuation of that sentence will decide the course which HO will take.

Thirdly "made no anonymity direction" means that this verdict or judgement is public record, it is not sealed.

As your appeal was allowed way back in December and also you got your fee back, hopefully you will get your visa soon.
Sorry I was a bit confused with the dates as of all the posts I have read this is the fastest determination ( too good )
