(ILR) 10 Year long residency application

Hi every one,

My current leave to remain will finish on 31 Oct 2014.
I am on tier 4 student visa.

My 10 years will complete on 2nd dec 2014.

There is 1 month and two days gap inbetween
To fulfil 10 years requirement.

Secondly my dependants visa will also run out same as mine

Can they apply with me on same time?
Can we apply 1 month and 2 days before

You can only apply up to 28 days before the residence requirement is met.

Your spouse and family will need to apply for FLR(M) at the same time as you. You cannot include dependents on Set(LR) applications.

If I am allowed to apply 28 days before then
There is still 7 days gap!

Is there any way to fill this gap?

As per uk rule if you apply for visa after 28 days of finishing your valid leave it will not be counted so what I think is check the dates and if your luck works post it some time Saturday and they will receive it on Monday and time will cover just check the dates calculate and hopefully you will find a solution as 7 days gap is nothing .
