Loan Capital Showing in Bank Statement for Maintenance Fund

Hi,
I got personal loan of £10k from a bank in my normal account, which already had enough money to secure the maintenance fund points, but now when I check the bank statement it shows this loan amount with 'loan' reference and I cannot even use the old statement otherwise it will get 31 days old. So, If I use the statement with 'loan' reference in it, will it have any effect on my application? Any thoughts?

What Date the load came into your account?

Just order the statement after that date and this transaction will not show up . Only the final balance will come forward.

If it is not a part of your investment funds then not to worry.

You also an option of just submitting a bank letter instead of 3 months statements. You can request your bank to provide a letter confirming the minimum balance for the last 90 days. Please check the policy guidance for further details regarding this letter.
