Document dates

Hi gurus.. i am planning to book appointment for Tier 1 extension at PEO however I am bit confused about document dates not being older than one month. Does it mean that all documents that i submit should not be dated older than 1 month or any specific documents.

If i am missing any document from checklist can you please let me know.

Documents marked * have dates associated as issued on specific dates.

Here is documents list:
Main Applicant
1) Completed form
2) 2 photographs
3) Pay slips
4) Dividend vouchers
5) Personal bank statements*
6) Business bank statements*
7) Remittance invoices*
Letter from Accountant*
9) Letter from previous employer* (6 months worked as employee and later as Director)
10) Company registration certificate
11) VAT registration document
12) Passport

Dependent
1) Completed form
2) 2 photographs
3) Pay slips
4) Bank statements*
5) Letter from employer*
6) Marriage Certificate
7) Gas/Electricity bill*
Council tax bill*
9) Passport

You don't need to show her earning so you dont need any documents for your wife/husband apart from above 3 I have said. There is no rule of cohabitation for T1.

Should the council tax letter be dated within one month of date of application. Actually as it's issued quarterly mine is dated in Jan.
