ILR Biomatric Card status after getting Citizenship

Post by coolbuddy » Sun Mar 02, 2014 10:24 am

Hi,

I need advice from members on the following, please:

1. Do we have to return ILR Biometric card after getting Citizenship or can retain it?
2. I have changed my address before applying to Naturalization and put my new address in the forms. Do I still need to inform UKBA about change of address in connection of our ILR Biometric Cards?

Thank you.

No, you don't need to do anything as the BRP is no longer relevant as you are British now. You don't need to send BRP back, you can keep it as a memento.
