I don't know how I am feeling either, there's a lot of couples stranded around the world.

Monday to Wednesday the courts will have to make a justified against home office.

Insha'Allah Allah knows best, just keep praying and May Allah give us hope and sabr. :) :) :)

To YAZ

Good luck with sending more documents. I also sent some aswell. I have not heard back yet though. Are you sure that they requested same documents, its unlikely they lose documents and if they did they would tell you.

The bank statements and payslips you sent them before were they the correct amount they required because even if you miss one out they would still write in letter you havent submitted them documents. The reason they write this is because most the letter is a template letter which you probably already noticed, so they just write in letter the list of all documents they require and after that they write what documents you have submitted (by using numbers or letters)

To Saf786

I just hope that the judge realise that the income requirement is unfair to all applicants. There might be people in the world who cannot get a high salaried job and its not their fault. why should that affect who they want to marry.

No, they didn't contact work. I believe most employers now use the new tax reporting tool so its easier to check to see if your paying tax and currently employed etc.

Will pray for you all Insha'Allah.

If anyone has any questions about what I submitted etc or how I filled in the App form then let me know.

I believe the visa granted so quickly mashAllah because he submitted the letter from HMRC so they did not need to do the checks with them..

Can you still apply in CAT A if 2 jobs are running for more then 6 months and 6 months statements and payslips submitted?
