Approval letter and BRP

Hi guys

I missed two mails from Royal Mail today. Are we getting approval letter and BRP both from Royal Mail or else or are we getting on same day?

only documents via royal mail, and bio resident card via signed delivery by DX courier services.

It was interview letters for me n my partner
2 days before i got email for same
