hello everyone
im new in this forum i have small question about exemption from financial requirment plss
my wife get:
377 pnd a month from DLA
480 pnd a month from ESA
360 pnd a month from work
do i meet the financial requirments like way ?
can i count the ESA as income?

It would appear so, I assume your partner/sponsor is doing 'permitted work' under the ESA regulations?

yes she is working legal. she works less then 16 hours a week and she earn about 90 pnd a week.
she told me if u are on esa u are allowed to work max 16 hours and u cant earn more then 100 pnd so i think all good
