Exactly that's the point!! a simple traffic offence or a council dispute can escalate to court which will surely postpone ILR eligibility to minimum 24 months, as per latest criminality rule changes.tier1extend wrote:I think most of us will make the ILR boat if we go for early extensions.
But It becomes very unfair if we get a minor conviction just before ilr and then have no place to go.
