Brother, congrats and i am very happy for you. Good luck in future and i pray to Allah you dont go through same stress again. One positive thing on my side is i have work rights and few days ago i got new IT job. I rang FTT and they said you will get hearing dates after 48 weeks.
Can you plx tell me did home office refund you ihd when they first refused your application? If so when did u pay ihs again

HO never returned my IHS after refusal. I have seen cases where they refund first and refusal comes later. I my case, they did not refund.

48 weeks is a long time but with jon I dont you'll have much time to think about this.

hi brother, in my message i asked you what is the issue date of ur visa, just wanted to know about the time we spent after 1st refusal uptil today is that counted towards 10yr long residency. Also let me know did u get 2.5yrs of visa

Issue date is 14-02-17.

Yes, it's 2.5 years.

Gap is I believe covered by 3C leave. I had to ask this question that do I need to ask for some document for this period or it will automatically be covered when I apply for ILR. I am on 5 years route.
