Not sure what form you are looking at but page 43 on the form I am looking at for extensions doesn't have that on.

Basically if you are extending for a second time it does not apply. In most cases, your second application is for ILR not another extension

marchnath and respected members, just please have a look at this and tell me if it makes sense regarding the we discussed couple of weeks ago ..

I registered my company on -----2013. I applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur initial grant on ---- January 2013 and was granted leave to remain in late 2014. It means I have invested in new business during these 3 years as I have established it from the foundation upwards. While, Guidance Policy of Tier 1 entrepreneur page number 77 A23 States ‘’what is new Business’’? A business will be only considered to be new if it was established no earlier than 12 months before the start of a period throughout which you have had continuous leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, and which includes your last grant of leave. I was being granted visa after 19 months of applying; This Situation was not in my control. Even though, I am director of the company from day one. I am still sending some extra documents and Accountant’s Job Creation letter to avoid any discrepancies and satisfy Secretary of State. I am not providing employee records before 2015 because I did not have employees then and were not enrolled for PAYE. It is in April 2015 when I first enrolled company for PAYE.

please do reply and CAR report for engagement in business within 3 months + registered as a director within six months + employee point + business address is same...right ,its jus same thing with 4 print outs right.... CT600 is jus signed electronically . or we have to sign it by hand as well..right ! i am jus asking as ppl around me are making me scared now.. hope u understand and wont be thinking i am pain .. thanks alot

hello all, hope u all are fine,.I just want to ask for checking visa status what number works.. i have tired case Id , HO reference number, IHS number and biometric.. what else could work. i have tried these but nuthing has been recognized.. i know its jus trial service but for most of ppl it works with these numbers... many thanks .. tc

many thanks zimba... post office reference .. is it the one when i posted the application starting with AF and ending on gB.. i tired that as welll dint work.. and when it says brp one .. i did brp which i previously had of tier 1 initial one .. do they meant this one or anyting else.. as i dont have any payment reference etc.
